I am a mother and mentor who spent over a decade navigating life inside a daily crisis, raising a son with PANS and PDA. After exhausting countless traditional therapies and systems that offered only surface-level support, I turned inward, discovering that the only way out was through.

Today, my mission is to help mothers of teens with PANS/PANDAS and PDA autism reclaim their lives from the grip of constant crisis. I believe that you cannot pour from an empty cup, and that the most powerful way to help your child is to first reclaim your own strength and sanity.

My approach follows a proven 3-shift system that moves you from a state of constant crisis to one of grounded, self-led calm.

We start by focusing on you. Before you can change your home, you must rebuild your own foundation.

Through daily disciplines, self-image work, and radical personal responsibility, you will shift from feeling like a victim of your circumstances to being the leader of your life.

Guided, Not Forsaken

Next, we tackle the profound sense of isolation.

You will learn to anchor into a vision for your life beyond the crisis, reframe the victim mindset, and look for evidence that the universe is on your side.

This is where you stop feeling alone and start feeling supported—trading fear for faith in yourself and your journey.

Surrendered, Safe Love

Finally, we transform your relationship with your teen and your home.

You will learn to release the illusion of control, set loving but firm boundaries for yourself, not your child, and lead with a calm, unconditional presence.
